EPISO 3 - Luxembourg

European Property Investors Special Opportunities 3 (EPISO 3) invests in value-added properties with the objective of providing investors with an attractive risk-adjusted total return, with a modest current income.

It is primarily targeting the four major property types and is focusing substantially on acquiring existing assets in Western and Central Europe that require restructuring, improved management, re-leasing, re-capitalisation and/or re-development.

The properties are managed via SPVs from Luxembourg with a dedicated team of legal, finance and real estate professionals and with the help of local partners and service providers.
